• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose under Nigerian law, including the Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, etc.) Act.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Nigerian law, in no event shall CorpsBridge, its directors, or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for matters that cannot be lawfully excluded under the FCCPA.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be settled amicably through negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023.
